As a Sr. Sales Manager on our Twitch team, you will leverage over a decade of experience selling and managing digital advertising solutions to Fortune 500 C‑Level leaders and their agencies, driving domestic revenue growth for the team’s category. Your deep client‑side and agency relationships, consultative approach, and comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape will enable you to manage a high‑performing team and act as a strategic partner to assigned clients, selling a broad range of advertising solutions that meet their business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive client success by acting as a trusted strategic partner to Fortune 500 advertisers and agencies.
- Lead and scale a high‑performing sales team, setting ambitious revenue targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Consultatively sell a broad portfolio of digital advertising solutions, ensuring clients achieve their marketing objectives.
- 10+ years of sales experience in digital advertising solutions.
- Proven track record of hiring and retaining top sales talent.
- 5+ years of sales team management experience.
