Position: Associate Partner Manager (East)
Location: New York

Associate Regional Partner Manager

Location:

Remote supporting the Northeast region; must be located near a major airport.

What you’ll do
  • Partner Enablement: Act as primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring they are fully trained on the Armis Centrix™ value proposition and the Armis Select Partner Program.
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive proactive outbound activities with partners to identify new customer opportunities; coordinate joint "Lunch and Learns," webinars, and sales blitzes.
  • Deal Registration Management: Oversee the deal registration process, ensuring partners follow engagement rules and assisting them through the sales cycle to close while tagging opportunities appropriately.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with Territory Account Managers and Regional Partner Managers to ensure partner activities align with regional sales goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner KPIs – pipeline health, certification completion, quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on the competitive landscape to help partners position Armis as the #1 Cyber Exposure Management solution.
  • Partner Recruitment: Create target partner lists and manage recruiting process.
  • Partner Management: Manage non-focus partners and build business plans; serve as day‑to‑day contact.
  • Sell: Work closely with partners on sales in non‑named accounts within Growth territories.
What we expect
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Channel Sales, Inside Sales, or Partner Management within SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, influencing partners at all levels.
  • Ownership: Proactive mindset; you make things happen.
  • Technical Aptitude: Quick grasp of complex cybersecurity concepts, especially asset intelligence and agentless security.
  • Organization: Strong project management skills, juggling multiple partner accounts and tasks.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in  (SFDC) and PRM tools.
Compensation

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000. Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
