D1 Training is a fitness concept designed to help individuals of all ages achieve their athletic and fitness goals through structured, science-based programs. With offerings tailored to different age groups, D1 Training follows five core tenets of athletic-based training, including dynamic warm‑ups, performance exercises, strength programs, core and conditioning, and cool‑downs. New workouts are developed every eight weeks by top professionals on the National Training Panel to deliver optimal results.

D1 Training also provides personal coaching, trusted by professional and Olympic athletes. Currently, D1 Training operates over 100 centers across the U.S., with plans to expand to more than 125 locations in the near future.

Role Description

This is a part‑time, on‑site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at D1 Training in Armonk, NY. The specialist will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including generating and following up on leads to support membership sales goals, creating and implementing marketing initiatives, ensuring excellent customer service, managing relationships with prospective and existing clients, organizing and participating in promotional events, assisting in sales‑related activities, and collaborating with team members to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage clients and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales and sales management skills to drive memberships, meet sales targets, and handle client inquiries.
  • Experience in training and coaching techniques to contribute to program delivery and client success.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and implement campaigns to increase awareness and drive new business.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Previous experience in fitness, sales, or marketing roles is a plus.
