Founding Closer: Leadership Track

Join us as a Founding Worker in a leadership track aiming to elevate high performers to leadership within 90 days. We offer exceptional commissions above industry standards to support your growth.

• Role:
  Operations Admin (Outreach execution & error checking).
• Compensation: 30% commission on deals you originate, paid over 90 days.
• Example: $5000 would be paid out in increments of $2,500, $1250, & $1250.

• Objective:
  Complete the SDR Training Module.
• Rewards: 27.5% commission on deals you originate, paid over 90 days.

• Role:
  Junior Closer (Taking calls, negotiating deals).
• Compensation: 25% commission on closed deals, distributed over 90 days.

• Status:
  Core Team Member.
• Compensation: 20% flat commission, with +1% for every deal closed.

• Contingency A:
  If Closer Training is incomplete, remain as Permanent SDR with 10% commission over 60 days.
• Contingency B:
  If SDR Training is incomplete, remain as Permanent Admin with 7.5% commission and forfeited deferred pay.
