Sales Development Representative

About The PositionOX Security is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in Application Security, helping organizations fix what matters most across their entire software development lifecycle. We’re expanding in the US and looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own top‑of‑funnel outreach and fuel our growth.
Responsibilities- Prospect and engage decision‑makers (CISOs, security leaders, engineering managers) through calls, email, and Linked In
- Research and personalize outreach to break into high‑value accounts
- Qualify leads and set high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Utilize AI & sales toolings like Amplemarket, Clay, On.fire, Lusha and more.
- 1–2 years of proven B2B sales success
- Bachelor's degree – must
- Experience in SaaS at least one year
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and confident objection handling
- Fearless and engaging on the phone
- Proven track record of cold calling and closing meetings
- Quick to learn and comfortable discussing technical concepts (cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, not a must)
- Creativity and a marketing‑minded approach are a bonus
Compensation Range: $90,000–$110,000 OTE
