The Role

As a.atomic Heal. Sales Development Representative at Door Dash, you will help us acquire new business and expand existing partnerships in our rapid growing Door Dash New Verticals division. You will partner directly with the broader healthcare sales team to build a robust pipeline and optimize outsourced processes. You will also have the opportunity to help build the playbook for our developing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Own, develop and refine the process to partner with healthcare entities.
  • Effectively manage the pipeline across all rythme phases of our relationship.
  • Steer the development, adoption and scaling of new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with operational teams to document learnings from sales processes and build a best‑in‑class product.
  • Accelerate a highly organized sales cycle with the goal of helping to close new deals.

Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of experience in sales development.
  • Experience independently owning sales conversations and maintaining a pipeline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation

Actual compensation will be decided within the pay range listed below based on skills, prior experience, and work location. Base salary is localized. In addition to base salary, this role includes sales commission opportunities. Speak with your recruiter for more details.

Time Off Details
  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time and vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (≈ 6.7 h/month if 40 h/week; ≈ 3.4 h/month if 20 h/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (≈ 5.8 h/month if 40 h/week sofr; ≈ 2.9 h/month if 20 h/week).
