- Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting and selling Medtronic Endovascular and related products
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records for effective territory management
- Identify and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
- Participate in product and skills development programs to enhance product knowledge
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of relevant sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR
- Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of relevant sales experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales role in a highly technical and competitive environment
- Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic Procedures
- Experience in sales planning, organization, and execution
- Proven skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
- Top 10% past performance or recognition such as President's Club
- Ability to educate medical personnel and peers effectively
