What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for a specified territory by promoting and selling Medtronic Endovascular and related products
  • Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records for effective territory management
  • Identify and maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and customers
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly and effectively
  • Participate in product and skills development programs to enhance product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of relevant sales experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR
  • Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of relevant sales experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory
  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role in a highly technical and competitive environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic Procedures
  • Experience in sales planning, organization, and execution
  • Proven skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
  • Top 10% past performance or recognition such as President's Club
  • Ability to educate medical personnel and peers effectively
