What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer and PBM clients
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan aligned with client needs
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
  • Position the employer’s suite of offerings to address critical operational challenges
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
  • Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and consistent achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
  • Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration, claims processing, or analytics
  • Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value‑based care drivers
  • Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
