Location: New York
Field Salesman to identify and secure new commercial business opportunities. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and motivated to grow revenue through active outreach and relationship-building.
Responsibilities- Prospecting and meeting with property owners, contractors, and vendors
- Developing new business across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan
- Coordinating setup and initial operations for new client sites
- Maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute new projects successfully
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and results orientation
- Ability to work independently in the field
