Allegiant Home Care is a premier in-home personal care company seeking an experienced Home Care Liaison to join our sales team.

This outside sales position will be assigned a territory in the Queens, NY area. The home care sales liaison will work within an assigned territory to build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals in order to meet monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and develop active relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market.

Offering a base salary $85,000 - $100,000 plus a monthly commission plan. Applicants must already have an active book of business established in the Queens, NY area.

• Solid community and professional contacts within the geographic market
• A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various health care partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
• Knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas
• Basic knowledge of physician, hospital and skilled nursing facilities
• Basic knowledge of case management and discharge planning services
• Ability to regularly travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings
