New Jersey is a top strategic market for Off Duty (our THC beverage additive) and our 750ml cannabis spirits. We seek a driven Market Manager to lead beverage expansion across NJ liquor stores and on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, event venues). You are the face of 1906 Beverages in New Jersey—building relationships, driving growth, and turning strategy into results. Working primarily through our distribution partner (Fedway), you will collaborate with our internal dispensary sales team to ensure a unified approach across all channels in the state.
Success will be measured by:
- Establishing 1906 in 200 accounts within the first 90 days
- Placement in 75% of target liquor stores within the first year
- Reaching $200K in monthly sales within the first 120 days
The ideal candidate is resourceful, driven, and eager to build a winning brand from the ground up. You will actively engage with accounts, shape market strategy, and drive growth as the business expands.
Who You AreWe’re looking for a results-driven operator who thrives in the field, works without full permission, embraces ambiguity, and can build something from zero without a playbook. You excel in early-stage growth environments — comfortable in your car, in-store, on your feet, and in the details. You don’t just sell; you execute. You’ve closed deals, built displays, troubleshot logistics, and moved to the next account on time.
You read rooms and are strategic and scrappy in equal measure, tracking performance and communicating clearly. You treat every new door as a stepping stone to real scale.

- Train distributor sales reps to be effective 1906 advocates through ride-alongs, market blitzes, and ongoing education
