• Own the full sales cycle
• Outreach relentlessly to hundreds of SMBs weekly
• Close deals on call one
• Be efficient with your time - most deals are closed in under 5 minutes
• Attend industry events and visit local businesses

And this is just the start. You’ll have the opportunity to take charge, share ideas, and explore new avenues to grow the business in line with your strengths and interests.

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: you roll up your sleeves and take the initiative
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-cycle sales role
• A track record of hitting targets through prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prior experience selling to small business owners or non-technical buyers is a plus
• Experience working within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a bonus; a relentless drive, great attitude, and a strong desire to join a startup will also be enough

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr. Base salary of $75,000 to $120,000 plus commission and equity options. OTE $200k+.
