Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is the face of Traffic New York. This is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for an ambitious individual who is passionate about people and driven by results. You’ll be on the front lines of our campaigns, responsible for engaging with customers directly, building excitement for our clients’ brands, and generating measurable results. This role is a direct pathway to management and is the foundation for all of our leadership.

We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

• Engage with the public in high-traffic settings, including retail locations, promotional events, and trade shows.
• Communicate the features and benefits of our clients’ products and services in a compelling and confident manner.
• Acquire new customers and qualify leads through direct, face-to-face interactions.
• Manage daily sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve overall campaign goals.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
