Account Executive/Broker I-Small and Medium Enterprise
As an Account Executive with Small and Medium Enterprise you will engage with existing clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage for their needs and recommend additional solutions, where warranted.

- Implement your organizational skills by handling incoming tasks for your assigned book of business.
- Display your customer service skills through high‑quality customer interactions as you acclimate to and evolve your book of business.
- Showcase your adaptability as you present additional products to existing customers.
- Collaborate with external partners and client service team members to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies.
- Enjoy your success as you match and exceed company revenue targets through renewals, cross‑sell/up‑sell, and new business.
- Expand your knowledge through daily training and professional development opportunities.
- Property and Casualty license.
- Commercial Insurance experience.
- 2‑3 years experience broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients.
- Ability to advise, recommend and explain P&C products to meet client's insurance needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite products, GSuite, Salesforce experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or applicable experience.

A summary of all the benefits offered for this position:

Eligibility for benefits is governed by the applicable plan documents and policies.
Salary range: $75,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
