Sales Executive– Commercial Moving – Manhattan, NY
Looking for a dynamic sales professional to join a leading moving and relocation team in Manhattan. Ideal for someone with experience selling commercial and office relocation services in New York City.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for commercial and industrial moves in Manhattan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property executives, and corporate decision makers.
- Identify high potential prospects and generate new business through outreach and networking.
- Conduct needs assessments and site surveys to scope commercial relocation projects.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes for commercial moving services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, scope, and timelines with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless coordination of move logistics and schedules.
- Track sales pipeline and progress using CRM tools and sales reports.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows in the New York metro.
- Stay up to date on Manhattan real estate, office leasing trends, and business developments.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for commercial moving services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up during and after project delivery.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in commercial/office/FF&E relocation.
- Proven track record of closing commercial moving or FF&E deals.
- Strong network in Manhattan real estate, facility management, or corporate relocation.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel across Manhattan for client meetings and site visits.
- Motivated, target driven mindset with a collaborative, problem solving approach.
