A dynamic and fast-paced company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to generate new business, manage key accounts, and support national retail programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven sales success, the ability to understand client needs, and experience working with major retail accounts such as Walmart, Target, and Costco.

• Identify and target new sales leads
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Set and exceed sales quotas
• Conduct prospecting activities and present tailored solutions based on client needs
• Allocate budgets and resources effectively to maximize sales outcomes
• Manage inventory for national accounts and provide recommendations based on data and tracking
• Oversee item setup and coordinate communication with buyers for major accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Supervise logistics teams during shipment of major orders and programs
• Collect and synthesize information from Sales Associates to support program evaluations
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales and COO to refine operational systems
• Act as a liaison between external sales reps and internal departments
• Provide support to Co-CEOs on daily or ad-hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and consistently achieve them
• Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
• Experience managing a book of business
• Experience working with Walmart, Target, Costco, or similar national retail accounts
