Enterprise Account Executive, Uber Direct – Uber About The Role

Uber Direct is continuing to transform delivery worldwide by allowing brands to leverage Uber’s fleet to offer on‑demand, same‑day, scheduled, and next‑day delivery to their customers via existing websites or apps and e‑commerce platforms. The role focuses on growing Enterprise Restaurant Partnerships.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop a pipeline of top merchants in the Food vertical, focusing on growing their business, improving operations and building advocacy.
  • Identify prospective merchant business requirements and develop and pitch competitive proposals (pricing, decks, RFPs, etc.).
  • Lead contract negotiations.
  • Act as the partner’s point of contact to understand pain points, answer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with Uber Direct leadership to set organizational strategy and operationalize critical business processes.
  • Travel up to 20% per quarter for recurring business reviews and partner syncs.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of quota‑carrying experience.
  • Technical sales experience (API integrations, etc.).
  • Experience selling in the Mid‑Market or Enterprise space (1,000+ employees or $500M+ revenue).
  • Experience selling into or partnering with large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.
  • Experience with delivery, retail, or third‑party marketplaces at a high‑growth tech company.
  • Strength in creating narratives and using data to tell stories.
  • Experience leading conversations with executive level external partners.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Ability to flex analytical skills and use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers.
  • Strength in cross‑functional teamwork and managing up.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go‑getter mentality; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
Compensation

Base salary ranges vary by US location:
Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA – $101 000–$111 500 per year;
New York, NY and San Francisco, CA – $112 000–$124 000 per year. All US locations are eligible for Uber’s bonus program, potential equity award, other sales bonuses, and benefits.
