We are looking for a Pre‑Sales Engineer (ESKER) at the Expert or Senior level. The Pre‑Sales Engineer supports and works closely with team members to identify sales opportunities and helps define solutions for prospective clients. The person in this position is the technical expert on sales demonstrations of our order management or accounts payable solutions and serves as the main technical resource for new customers during the onboarding process.

- Act as the technical expert during sales demonstrations of order management or accounts payable solutions.
- Serve as the main technical resource during the onboarding process for new customers.
- Organized, customer-focused and feels comfortable with technical concepts.
- Positive team player with ability to develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Comfortable explaining technical specifications and product functionality to C‑Suite executives.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Order Management and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience working with ERP’s beneficial.
