- Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs.
- Generate business through pre-qualified leads and referrals within an assigned territory (hot leads typically within a 1-hour radius).
- Represent a quality brand in the flooring industry and build relationships with customers to close sales.
- The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.

- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional presentation, including Empire-branded apparel.
- Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation.
