• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

• Consistent monthly premium targets met or exceeded.
• Strong retention and cross‑sell from proactive policy reviews.
• Cultivating your own personal following with raving‑fan reviews.

• Have experience in sales, retail banking, hospitality or phone‑based customer service.
• Are coachable and comfortable on the phone, text or video.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
