Global Beauty Care (GBC) is a leader in affordable, innovative skincare solutions. We’re rapidly expanding our e-commerce presence and are seeking a dedicated Amazon Account Manager to drive our brand’s growth on the world’s largest online marketplace.
Role OverviewThe Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for managing GBC’s Amazon storefront from end-to-end. This role requires expertise in product listings, parent/child variation management, ad campaigns, and marketplace optimization. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proven track record in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
Key Responsibilities- Product Listings: Create, optimize, and maintain product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content.
- Parent/Child Variations: Build and manage variations for product families to maximize discoverability and customer experience.
- Creative Assets: Collaborate with design/marketing teams and leverage tools such as Sora AI to generate high-quality product images, infographics, and enhanced brand content.
- Advertising & Promotions: Develop, launch, and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display campaigns to drive sales and ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion rates, ACOS/ROAS, organic ranking, and customer reviews; prepare weekly performance reports.
- Inventory & Pricing: Coordinate with operations to maintain healthy inventory levels and competitive pricing.
- Brand Protection: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, monitor unauthorized resellers, and safeguard brand integrity.
- Policy Navigation & Case Management: Proactively navigate Amazon’s listing policies to keep product pages active and compliant. Handle blocked/suppressed listings and follow up with Amazon Seller Support until resolution is achieved.
- Marketplace Growth: Identify new opportunities (international marketplaces, new product launches, seasonal promotions) to expand reach and sales.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience running and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with creative tools (Photoshop, Canva, or AI-powered tools like Sora).
- Proven ability to resolve Amazon case logs and maintain compliance with listing policies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Knowledge of third-party Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, etc.).
- Understanding of retail media strategies beyond Amazon.
Starting Salary $90K (varying with experience and historical success) + performance based bonuses
