Target - 1440 Central Avenue - Responsibilities:
Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings;
Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales;
Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity;
Execute and maintain backroom organization, locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests;
Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
