The Stock Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and maintaining optimal inventory levels within the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position supports inventory-related processes to ensure accuracy, organization, and product flow.

The Stock Supervisor oversees the processing, organization, and maintenance of inventory while collaborating closely with the retail team to support timely replenishment and overall store performance.

• Maintainappropriateinventorylevels,processstockintake,andorganizeinventory,includingreplenishingstockonthesalesfloor.
• Conductmonthlyinventorycounts,cycle counts,andspotchecks.
• Monitortheaccuracyofreceiving,damages,andreturnstomaintainaccurateinventory.
• Monitorandresolvediscrepancies.
• Ensureallback-of-houseoperationsareproperlystructured,organized,andoperatingefficiently.
• Overseetheprocessingofallincomingandoutgoingdeliveries.
• Generateandverifypurchaseorders(PO’s).
• Superviseandassigntasksforthetimelyprocessingofshipments.
• Proactivelyworktopreventlosspreventionandsalesissues.
• Performadditionaldutiesasassigned.

• 3+years’experienceinretailoperations,preferablyinaluxuryenvironment.
• Proficient in
  
  MSOffice
  
  Suite,particularly
  
  Excel.
• Exceptionalcommunicationskills.
• Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.
• Positiveandproactiveattitudewithastrongworkethic.
• Abilitytoliftto
