About the Role

Polène boutiques immerse clients in our unique universe, attracting a high-end, international clientele. By applying for this role, you’ll begin a journey defined by your love for luxury leather goods and unwavering dedication to exceptional service. Our SoHo flagship requires experienced leaders who consistently deliver memorable experiences to discerning customers

Key Responsibilities Business Development
  • Proactively driving sales revenue and implementing action plans to boost performance and collaboration.
  • Represent Polène’s excellence and champion our products in the flagship store.
  • Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and act on market opportunities to attract new customers.
  • Champion the implementation of premium CRM best practices.
Store Management
  • Collaborate with headquarters teams to drive operational and strategic excellence in-store.
  • Assist with stock management, working closely with the stock team, and ensure clear communication with the Procurement Officer.
  • Enhance customer service processes such as repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges to optimize efficiency and satisfaction.
Team Management
  • Foster a collaborative, positive working environment, embodying the DNA of Maison Polène.
  • Work with the Retail Excellence and Training Manager to identify and address team training needs.
  • Optimize staff management and scheduling to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Inspire, challenge, and engage the team through dynamic daily briefings and ongoing motivation.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ Store Manager experience with a luxury brand.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills: a natural motivator, able to unite and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated abilities in business development, performance management, and organization.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Competitive salary range: $100,00-$110,000, plus bonus incentive.
