As a Retail Selling Colleague you will blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality. You’ll understand each customer’s needs, offer personalized recommendations, and build trust. Your focus will be on achieving sales goals through customer engagement and smart selling behaviours. You’ll also help keep the space safe and welcoming.

• Begin each day energized, greet teammates, and prepare a clean, organized sales floor.
• Focus on the customer with a warm welcome, eye contact, and personal conversation.
• Maintain a shoppable space by managing floor and fitting rooms, updating signs, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Finish strong by sharing the Loyalty program, ensuring customers have what they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you.
• Offer support to teammates, fostering honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Continuously improve, taking pride in work and learning from each other to achieve sales and store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Comfortable using electronic devices and collaborating in a team environment.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Empathetic, resourceful, and eager to learn about customers and products.

• Talk, lift, move, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform bending, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing as needed.
• Use computer and other technology, including handheld devices and cash registers, to process transactions.
