Position: Uniqlo Bryant Park: Overnight Stock Supervisor (Part-time/Seasonal)

The Overnight Stock Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in executing overnight inventory and replenishment operations, ensuring store is fully stocked, organized, and prepared for daily business. This role oversees overnight stock associates, coordinates workload execution, and ensures operational, safety, and company standards are consistently met.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Requirements:
** 1-2+ years of retail operations or stockroom experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast paced, overnight environment Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and leadership Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time, read computer terminals, push, pull or move objects of at least 25 pounds

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
** Ability to work an overnight shift from 9:30PM-6:30AM/10PM-7AM that meets the business needs, including weekends and holidays
