What You’ll be Doing Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details?

Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you’ll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it’s getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll Research, resolve, and reconcile payment exceptions, including unidentified payments, lockbox items, chargebacks, refunds, and NSF activity Monitor and make decisions on Positive Pay exception items Prepare daily lockbox courier packages and support end-to-end payment processing Document and improve departmental standard operating procedures to drive efficiency What You Bring to the Role 6 months or more of clerical experience High school diploma or equivalent Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge Computer experience Data entry skills (35 wpm) What You Can Expect Supportive of your career and professional development An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values Base wage of $19.71 plus performance bonus opportunities Easy, free and confidential access to a variety of helpful services through the Employee Assistance Program And we have a healthy benefits package based on your position that could include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives, 401k plan, health and wellness benefits (medical/dental/vision coverage options) Visit  for more information.
