Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding service, actively listens to issues, promotes products, partners with team members.;
Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors fulfillment systems, picks and packs orders, completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.; Operations - Researches order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, binning and reporting, maintains stock area, processes orders and returns at the register.;
General Operations - Replenishes store inventory, participates in annual inventory process.;
Performance Standards - Meets standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
