Retail Merchandiser

We are looking to expand the team with a Retail Merchandiser for our Key Account retail locations for all brands under the Citizens of Humanity Group, which includes AGOLDE and Citizens of Humanity Men’s and Women’s.

The focus is NY metro area, NJ/CT. Seasonal travel required to locations in the EC, MW, and SE.

You will be responsible for:

• Securing lucrative spots in each store and making sure continued product placement

• Keeping a regular check on inventory levels. Ensure that stores are always stocked, and presentation is organized and merchandised.

• Drive sales and analyzing / tracking sales to monitor the performance of product

• Ensure that assortment plan is in line with directives and are securing sales and profitability targets

• Conducting seasonal Product Knowledge Seminars with the sales staff at all major retailers for our brands.

• Weekly visits with store managers and Retail Manager including securing that relevant information is shared

• Daily, weekly, monthly sales monitoring, analysis, and inventory management

• Constantly updating sales manager on relevant information and sharing reports and analysis material

• Participate in retail event planning and execution.

• Instore selling and support during events and peak selling season

Our new Merchandiser-Retail is someone who has 2+ years of merchandising and buying experience in the fashion industry. Schedule includes weekends.

Compensation is based on experience. We are currently paying $23/hr for this role.
