ROLE

The Stock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations and supporting the Sales and Management teams on the sales floor. This role leads the execution of the boutique’s operational functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and consistent adherence to brand standards while partnering closely with Store Leadership and Operations Team.

MISSION
  • Oversee and maintain the organization, functionality, and operational flow of the stockroom and sales floor in alignment with brand and visual standards.
  • Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliveries, internal transfers, client orders, and eCommerce shipments to support operational efficiency and exceptional client service.
  • Monitor and ensure timely execution of internal product transfers and client orders, maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the boutique repairs process, ensuring accurate tracking and consistent follow‑up through the repairs log. Act as the primary liaison between the boutique, repair centers, clients, and internal partners to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Plan and execute weekly cycle counts across product categories, leading investigations into variances and partnering closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Lead preparation and support the execution of annual inventory across both stockroom and sales floor environments.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to visual, organizational, and operational standards across the boutique, reinforcing best practices and supporting the store team as needed.
  • Support additional operational needs as assigned by Store Management.
  • Execute opening and closing operational procedures, including register management, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Provide sales floor support as needed to ensure seamless coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee boutique supply ordering, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors.
PROFILE
  • Retail operations experience required, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee complex stockroom operations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience with shipping and receiving systems, inventory management, inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and comfort working with operational reports and inventory data
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with Store Leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple operational responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required

The hourly rate for this role ranges from $27.00 - $30.00. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
