Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

We are seeking a Boutique Manager to lead a luxury homeware, fragrance, and lifestyle brand in Soho, New York. This is an exciting opportunity to bring the brand to life in-store, inspiring both clients and team members while creating a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, community building, and driving commercial success — fostering strong client relationships, energizing the team, and growing the brand’s presence.

• Lead the daily operations of a high-performing luxury boutique
• Deliver exceptional client experience and service standards
• Coach, inspire and develop a diverse team
• Build meaningful client relationships and support clienteling strategies
• Ensure operational excellence across all store functions
• Manage day-to-day store operations and activities

• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury retail
• Strong background in coaching and managing a team
• Strong leadership skills with a people‑first approach
• Proven ability to drive client engagement and commercial results
• Hands on, dynamic and confident in a fast paced luxury environment
• Excellent communication, presence and emotional intelligence
• Salary up to $110K based on experience and tenure within a similar role
