East Coast Retail Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of new retail store openings in the East Coast.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent quality of service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing to ensure smooth store operation.
• Monitor store performance metrics and report on operational KPIs; implement improvement strategies as necessary.
• Train and manage store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization in retail operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in opening new stores. Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual language skill is preferred
  - Chinese and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the East Coast.
