This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in our Upper East Side Flagship location. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient store management. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals. The role also involves training and mentoring staff, creating a positive shopping experience for customers, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

• Experience in retail sales, merchandising, and inventory management

• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and during busy retail periods
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is a plus
