Senior Client Advisor

Métier is a modern luxury leather goods house that uniquely unites purposeful design with the highest standards of Italian craftsmanship. Founded in 2017, the London-based maison is pleased to present its debut New York location — an artfully designed concept store in SoHo.

The Client Advisor will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, cultivating meaningful client relationships, and supporting the daily operations of the boutique. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in luxury retail and a passion for personalized service.

• Master the client journey to cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to drive sales and exceed KPIs
• Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to build loyalty and grow the client base
• Utilize a consultative, storytelling-driven sales approach to maximize every interaction
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Métier’s craftsmanship, values, and product offering to bring the brand to life
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand’s aesthetic
• Assist with inventory control, deliveries, and stockroom organization as needed

The hourly pay range for this position is $19–$25 per hour, plus a sales commission structure. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual experience and qualifications.

This is a seasonal position with the opportunity for extension beyond the initial four-month contract. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the role.
