Location: Lysander
Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and develop store staff; ensure proper staffing.;
Conduct performance evaluations and address gaps, including disciplinary actions when needed.;
Open and close the store on a regular basis (at least twice per week for opening and closing).;
Monitor financials and inventory: review sales, profitability, shrink, and ensure in-stock targets through planning and cycle counts.;
Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, signage, cleanliness, and a safe shopping environment.
