As the full‑time Selling Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader’s “go‑to” in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. You train and coach your team into high‑performing sellers who provide an unforgettable guest experience. Your leadership helps the team meet sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, and deliver operational excellence while representing the company’s values and bringing your real self to work.

• Passion for driving sales: driving sales on the fitting room and sales floor, building guest loyalty, analyzing reports, and making strategic business decisions; supporting short‑ and long‑term plans for key KPIs.
