Responsibilities- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions aligned with company priorities.
- Take ownership of personal metrics, create sales and clienteling strategies, and collaborate with management.

- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate selling and service expectations.
- Support local sales strategies and tactics, sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing relationships.

- Build credibility as a personal fashion advisor through strong knowledge of competition.
- Provide in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, current offers, and product value.
- Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies clearly.
- Leverage cross‑selling skills to build sales and encourage add‑ons related to customer needs.
- Read customer cues and tailor approaches sensitively.
- Attend to each customer's unique shopping needs and work with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Follow up consistently and genuinely to influence or close sales.
- Flex personal selling techniques to support overall store financial results.
- Build lasting, loyal relationships using Coach’s tools and technology.

- Ensure all daily tasks are completed without impacting service or standards.
- Maintain store (sales floor and backroom), cash wrap and visual merchandising to Coach standards.
- Keep sales floor clean and tidy at all times.
- Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, operations and asset protection.
- Replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed and support the store inventory process.
- Assist with cash‑wrap when needed for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Process customer transactions efficiently: purchase, return, exchange, found order, etc.
- Help prepare store by organizing functional areas, performing routine cleaning, and maintaining visual merchandising expectations.
- Drive results by exceeding goals and consistently performing in the top tier.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and build effective relationships, earning trust and respect.
- Display creativity in generating unique ideas and connecting concepts.
- Show interpersonal savvy, building rapport and resolving high‑tension situations diplomatically.
- Learn on the fly, quickly grasp new challenges, and experiment for improvement.
- Persist with energy and drive to finish tasks, even when faced with resistance.
- Handle ambiguity and change comfortably, making decisions without a full picture.
Experience: 1–3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), use of walkie‑talkie, and reading price/product release sheets.
Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 50 lbs for product transfers.
Schedule: Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days including major holidays.
