Sales Associate - Boutique

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Full time Sales Associate to join our New York Boutique Team Name.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience in luxury fashion as well as a proven clientele portfolio. They will be well spoken, well presented and able to deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for a confident individual who is passionate about the brand and has an eye for fashion!

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome and assist customers in their buying journey
• Develop a good product knowledge at Vivienne Westwood
• Build & maintain relationships with customers
• Comply with all procedures and policies and carry out work according to those standards.
• Carry out additional duties necessary to the business

• 3+ years of proven experience in sales for luxury retail fashion
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Understanding of trends, products and collections at Vivienne Westwood
• Be able to work under pressure
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns
• It will be an advantage if you can speak in either Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Japanese but not necessary
