As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Parts Counter Associate
. This is an opportunity to become part of something big!

• $22–$25/hour, depending on experience
• Full‑time, Monday–Friday day shift
• Overtime as needed
• On‑site in Elma, NY

• Identify, source, and sell parts for construction and aggregate equipment
• Work the parts counter assisting contractors, technicians, and walk‑in customers
• Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for repairs
• Order parts, receive inventory, and maintain accurate stock levels
• Process sales, returns, and special orders accurately
• Keep the parts counter, warehouse, and inventory organized and professional

• Previous parts counter experience required (heavy equipment strongly preferred)
• Background in heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, ag, or similar industries
• Strong parts identification skills and technical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

Product training and manufacturer training will be provided.
