Supply Chain Ecommerce and Inventory Assistant - Jewelry (1 Year Experience)

We’re a wholesaler and distributor in the Fine/Bridge Jewelry industry. We specialize in brand support under the top three United States-based television shopping channels, with additional accounts in traditional retail and e-commerce. We have an opening for a Supply Chain Logistics Assistant position at our headquarters in New York City. Our ideal candidate is a self-directed, highly motivated individual looking to join a collaborative team and help us excel in this exciting industry while gaining significant cross-functional experience.

• Daily monitoring and processing of customer returns
• Checking and processing incoming vendor orders
• Creating Return and Repair documentation
• Maintain and organize outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
• Biannual Inventory Counts
• Process customer RTVs

• Track the timeline of new products on a monthly rotation from introduction to listing.
• Track sales performance on new, on-trend, and bestselling items
• Create reorders to restock in-demand styles
• Help in creating and monitoring product listings
• Creating memos and shipments for photography
• Processing customer orders/ printing labels
• Maintain and organize pending outgoing shipments.

• Minimum 1 year experience in inventory related work
• Experience in Wholesale inventory software (Right Click preferred)
• BA or similar professional degree or certification preferred

• Basic understanding of Excel and learning new software
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere and comply with high-quality standards
• Strong ability to shift from one task to another to address changing priorities
• Time management
• Highly motivated and self-directed, requiring little direct supervision
