Job Description

As a part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to give every guest an amazing shopping experience, make their day better than before they came in, and represent the company values while bringing your real self to work.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest with a "friends first" mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details and suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• You solve problems proactively, resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player, always ready to help the team get the job done.
• You act with integrity, following AEO policies & procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has prior retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
