This full-time role is all about soaking up knowledge, supporting the Store Manager, and getting ready to take the helm.
Responsibilities- Knowledge Sponge: Absorb everything from our seasoned managers about running a top-notch retail operation.
- Future Leader: Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing the store staff, with an eye on building your own future team.
- Sales Driver: Dive into the numbers, analyze sales data, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Operational Expert: Oversee daily store operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Primary Contact: Step up as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring seamless operations.
- Skills: Hungry to learn – you’re eager to soak up everything you can about retail management.
- Natural born leader: You have the spark that inspires others to step up and be their best.
- Customer service: You know how to make every customer feel valued.
- Detail-oriented: You manage the to-do list and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

- Schedule: Work may include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
$19 - $26 an hour. Here at Buck Mason, we’re transparent about compensation. The base salary range for this role is $19-$26 per hour, with a total compensation package that includes a commission of 2% of your individual sales.
