Hourly: $26 – $35 (based on experience) with unlimited bonus potential.

• Sales Driver – passionate about creating and driving your team to excellence.
• Hold 3‑5 years of retail or other customer‑facing experience, with management of a retail concept.
• Experience in luxury retail and/or beauty; hair experience is a plus.
• Highly motivated, energetic, empathetic, and able to offer exceptional customer service.
• Excellent at building relationships and connecting with people.
• Power seller who maintains authenticity and an organic approach.
