Position :
Fan Space Associate

Location : hello
82 NEW YORK Fan Space (Lower Manhattan Area)

This role will work exclusively in our Lower Manhattan Fan Space

Work Hours :
Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

* WEEKENDS REQUIRED

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our New York Fan Space
• Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
• Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
• Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in Creative Tasks

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
• Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
