We seek someone who is confident, proactive and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand.   Experience:
  
  Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman Clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model, and providing an inviting world class experience with a customer-first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
• Deliver on Visual Merchandising Standards: Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guideline and expectation. You’ll do your part to keep the store clean, organized, safe and easily shoppable.
• Drive with Passion: Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests and strategies. Deliver clear, concise and timely communication to Store Team & Store Sales Manager.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, or a comparable brand environment
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships within store
• Communicates positively with store associates at all levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in collaboration with Store Sales Manager and/or Assistant Managers
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours

• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height with appropriate equipment and safety techniques
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
