The Senior Stylist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a key ambassador of the ba&sh brand, the Senior Stylist will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized styling sessions. The role demands a passion for fashion, keen attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to embody and convey the values of the ba&sh brand.

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Driving sales through client relationships

• Strong knowledge of styling, customer engagement, and personalized service
• Proven sales expertise with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and upkeep of store aesthetics
• Team collaboration and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and support colleagues
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is preferred
• Passion for fashion, styling, and a keen eye for current trends
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
