- Be a Brand Specialist, embodying the heritage, craftsmanship, and style of your assigned brand
- Deliver high-touch, relationship-driven sales, guiding clients through product features, styling, and brand stories
- Provide world-class clienteling for international travelers
- Support marketing activations, new launches, VIP experiences, and seasonal campaigns
- Drive revenue through expert selling, proactive client outreach, and product knowledge
- 5+ years of luxury retail experience in apparel, accessories, leather goods, or watches
- Proven success exceeding sales targets in high-traffic, high-ticket environments
- Strong styling, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, polished, and articulate - able to impress an international clientele
- Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury lifestyle brands
- Watch or fine jewelry experience is a plus
- Represent seven iconic luxury brands at one of the world’s busiest airports
