• Be a Brand Specialist, embodying the heritage, craftsmanship, and style of your assigned brand
• Deliver high-touch, relationship-driven sales, guiding clients through product features, styling, and brand stories
• Provide world-class clienteling for international travelers
• Support marketing activations, new launches, VIP experiences, and seasonal campaigns
• Drive revenue through expert selling, proactive client outreach, and product knowledge

• 5+ years of luxury retail experience in apparel, accessories, leather goods, or watches
• Proven success exceeding sales targets in high-traffic, high-ticket environments
• Strong styling, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Energetic, polished, and articulate - able to impress an international clientele
• Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury lifestyle brands
• Watch or fine jewelry experience is a plus
