The Visual Operations Stylist is a contract-based, on-site role located in New York, NY. This role focuses on creating visually appealing and engaging retail environments to enhance the in-store customer experience. Responsibilities include implementing window displays, maintaining visual standards, and collaborating with the team to ensure a cohesive and inspiring brand presentation. Additional duties involve assisting with visual merchandising tasks, providing top-tier service to customers, and supporting the retail team in achieving sales goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- Experience in Retail and the ability to maintain professional visual standards
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure a welcoming and satisfying shopping experience
- Sales expertise to drive revenue and meet store performance goals
- Creativity and skill in creating engaging Window Displays and visual merchandising layouts
- Passion for fashion and an eye for design trends
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or setting is a plus
- Available to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Available to close two nights a week
- Available at least 4 days
Pay rate: $17.50
