About the Role

As the Visual Merchandising Manager at Bubble Beauty, you'll bring our brand to life in every space customers interact with — from retail environments and pop‑ups to digital storefronts and seasonal displays. You'll lead the development and execution of visual strategies that drive customer engagement, elevate product storytelling, and reinforce Bubble's fresh, confident, and approachable identity. Working cross‑functionally with Retail, Marketing, Creative, and Product teams, you'll translate brand vision into compelling visual experiences that delight consumers and support business goals.

What

You'll Own Visual Merchandising Identity Development
  • Define and codify Bubble's global visual merchandising identity, ensuring alignment with brand creative, packaging, and marketing aesthetics.
  • Create visual guidelines and toolkits that articulate Bubble's point of view across fixtures, materials, finishes, and storytelling elements.
  • Build out concept boards and visual principles to inform future fixture design, point‑of‑sale assets, and retail displays.
Retail Environment Design & Execution
  • Design and develop visual merchandising displays for key global projects, including but not limited to:
  • Sephora Middle East gondola (core brand storytelling, modular display solutions)
  • Walmart skincare fixture & cap rollout
  • Grocery retail entry & cap displays
  • New distribution doors and shelf system upgrades
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Project Manager to refine and finalize fixture designs, ensuring feasibility, budget adherence, and compliance with retailer requirements.
  • Works directly with vendors to provide creative direction and design files (renders, mockups, visual boards) for vendor production and installation teams.
Cross‑Functional Creative Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Marketing Operations Manager, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to manage project deliverables and timelines.
  • Align with broader brand creative direction and campaign visuals to ensure cohesive storytelling across retail, social, and digital touchpoints.
  • Support packaging, retail marketing, and campaign teams with environmental visuals and physical brand expression as needed.
Brand Experience & Event Support
  • Lead creative design and visual execution for large‑scale experiential and brand identity moments including:
  • Ulta Field Leadership Conference
  • American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Conference Additional brand or retail events showcasing Bubble's innovation and dermatologist‑developed positioning.
Documentation & Future Readiness
  • Create design decks and visual standards that can scale globally and serve as evergreen reference for future retail rollouts.
  • Support development of retailer‑specific VM playbooks (materials, finishes, lighting, messaging hierarchy, etc.).
Project Management & Operational Execution
  • End to end oversight of VM launches to ensure 100% OTIF
  • Ensure operational execution through timeline management and risk elevation
  • Manages project kickoffs to ensure they are clear and complete and aligns operations teams on item codes, UPC/GTINs, filled or unfilled status, and provides clear direction to supply chain on display assortment and quantities
  • Manages master project tracker and master timelines
Role Scope & Collaboration
  • Partners closely with: Visual Merchandising Project Manager;
    Creative & Marketing Operations Manager;
    Brand Creative;
    Commercial team, Retail Operations, Supply Chain
  • End to end oversight: Manages Visual Merchandise launches from conception through to in‑store
  • Focus: Conceptual and strategic creative leadership for retail and experiential environments
