The Role
Own fixture updates, new product launches, brand audits, and data monitoring in indirect retail, while driving the business development and implementation of travel retail plans. Role is split 50/50: indirect retail projects and travel retail strategy & BD, with focus on supporting the markets in the Eastern time zone.
Key Responsibilities Eastern time zone Support- Lead indirect retail initiatives in the Eastern time zone, ensuring market‑appropriate fixture updates, NPD launches, and brand audits.
- Serve as the key connection for East market partners—troubleshooting, sharing insights, and driving success. Ensure the regional voice is heard at Group level.
- Help support the delivery of fixture refresh projects – planning, installation, and review.
- Ensure updates reflect both global standards, regional insights and retailer requirements/feedback.
- Manage product launches, ensuring readiness of assets, training, and seamless partner communication.
- Lead brand audits using third‑party platforms to monitor compliance and execute corrective plans in both indirect and travel retail spaces.
- Build productive relationships with retailers to understand how we need to flex to achieve even better results. Feed these back into business to create change.
- Share best practices across indirect based upon experiences from across market and ensure these are acted upon.
- Build and deliver travel retail plans with key customer target groups and begin the sourcing process once aligned centrally.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and regional teams to ensure fixture roll‑outs and developments are aligned with the needs of our customers.
- Be the key point of contact with the relevant BU’s for products that are most appropriately aligned to the Travel retail channel.
- Build strong internal relationships to be able to align with the requirements of commercial policy and legal while building and growing the channel in line with partner expectations.
- Deep knowledge within Travel Retail with a strong contacts list and network already established in the channel.
- Experience in project management within retail environments (fixture or POS experience preferred).
- Record of successful new product launches and retail activations.
- Skilled in data monitoring and analysis; comfortable with Excel, Tableau, (Repsly would be a benefit)
- Strong stakeholder management including Commercial Policy, Finance and Legal.
- Detail‑orientated, commercially savvy, and brand‑obsessed.
- Experience supporting multiple regions; strong communication and coordination skills.
